WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SENIOR CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER
Are you eager to be a part of a rapidly growing digital agency and support some of the best Nordic companies succeed in the most difficult market in the world?
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at NBH, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients’ success by building and maintaining strong relationships with them. You will be responsible for understanding their unique business needs, aligning our services to their objectives, driving maximum value from our solutions while coordinating with our in-house operations team in China.
Your ability to anticipate client needs, provide proactive guidance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences will be critical to your success in this role.
This position will be an important entrepreneurial role and a key contributor to NBH’s growth, you will have a substantial impact on how, what, and when NBH manages and communicate with both existing and new customers.
Knowledge of China, Chinese and digital marketing is not a requirement but a plus. The most important thing is that there is an interest in learning about digital China and its rapid development.
You will be at the heart of our business development team based in Stockholm and an integral part of our fast-growing scale-up, making sure we provide valuable service and communication to our important clients.
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and nurturing long-term partnerships.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients’ businesses, industries, and marketing objectives.
• Conduct regular check-ins, strategic business reviews, and performance analysis to ensure client satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with our English speaking Operations team in China to deliver on client expectations.
ACCOUNT STRATEGY & PLANNING:
• Develop comprehensive account plans to drive client success, including goals, objectives, and action plans.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services to maximize client value.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized strategies and campaigns tailored to clients’ needs and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market insights to provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to clients.
• Oversee the execution of client projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
• Coordinate with internal teams to allocate resources, manage timelines, and resolve any project-related issues.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, providing clients with progress updates and addressing any concerns.
PERFORMANCE & REPORTING:
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
• Provide clients with regular performance reports, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with data analytics teams to conduct in-depth analysis and derive actionable insights to enhance campaign performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer success or account management roles, preferably in a digital marketing agency or related industry.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
• Result-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering measurable business results for clients.
• Strong English skills to communicate with stakeholders from different countries
• Interest to know more about China and a good attitude towards global trade
NICE TO HAVE:
• Understanding of the Chinese digital landscape, including platforms, trends, and consumer behavior.
• Mandarin Chinese (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
• Swedish or other Nordic languages
• Experience from Project Management tools such as Monday.com / Asana or similar.
